Great service, friendly and helpful staff at retail outlet when collecting goods

I ordered a watch online from this company which arrived within the timescale stated, however there was a slight fault with the watch. I called customer service who offered me various options. I chose to visit my nearest branch in Glasgow. In branch,Fiona and Ben were very helpful and, even though my purchase was made online, my watch was replaced there and then without any fuss or drama resulting in a very satisfied customer.

Worst shopping expiriecs ever! They had nothing for sale! And no answer to my questions of when they would have and i was treated like a second class citizen because i wasnt posh basically.. semi racism if im honest; semi as in not blatent. Watches of switzerland were even worst and it turns out they all work together and are monoplising luxery watch sales for their personal clients! absalutly disgusting i will bs mentioning this to the relivent governing bodies!

The ambience and service in store were lovely.
Tara presented the rings when they arrived with flowers, a card and frame. It made it very special. We loved it.
She helped hold one of the rings in store for a longer period of time than head office were allowing which helped us as we lived far away and were still waiting for the other ring to arrive. Downside was that when Tara was not in store other staff called and emailed us to collect the ring. They could be confusing at times.

Very different to my past experience buying on line!

Quick delivery but the jewellery box arrived ruined which is such a shame as it was a gift…and expensive.

Purchased a luxury brand watch online, but there was no option to enter my wrist size in order to have it adjusted prior to delivery. Delivery time was longer than predicted, and when it did eventually arrive I couldn’t wear it. I contacted Mappin & Webb Glasgow, but they were too busy to help, without a scheduled appointment. Ended up having to take it to another jewellery store, in order to have the bracelet adjusted for a £20 fee.
I contacted Mappin & Webb and asked if they would be willing to reimburse me, but received no response.
Delighted with my watch, but very disappointed with the overall service from M&W.

We went to Goldsmiths at the Trafford centre to choose the perfect engagement ring, Edwina helps us pick out the most beautiful ring, Edwina was so helpful and went above and beyond in searching the other stores for my size, thank you to Edwina, we look forward to seeing you again for the wedding rings

Overal very good service, made me feel comfortable drink off was very welcome and only place to offer.

We were made welcome relaxed and no pressure
found the watches that we wanted which they arranged to get them in for us . Messaged when they arrived and arranged an appointment so you’re not hanging around . Made all the adjustments to the straps. WILL was friendly and professional , if we return in the future we will be asking for him.
Jamie was also friendly made us feel relaxed .

Regularly kept informed of the delivery date of my watch. Had slight reservations about ordering a watch online but the actual parcel was safely packaged with lots of bubble wrap and outer delivery box was kept in almost perfect condition. One improvement could be to give the option for customer to choose wrist size so watch arrives ready to wear. Faultless otherwise. Good on you M&W!
